While we love it when someone comes to us with travel industry experience, we encourage anyone with aspirations to inspire others in luxury travel to apply. It’s who you are and who you know, and not necessarily what you know, the skills we will mentor you, but your personality, that is unique to you and all the skill you need to embark on this carrier path!
If you’re an experienced agent, we do expect you to have a portfolio of clients that are ready to travel. If you are exploring Travel as a vocation for the first time, then your network is your portfolio, so as long as you have a strong group of potential travellers and clients then we will give you what you need to make those bookings happen.
All Almont travel designers receive one on one training with an appropriate mentor within the Almont core team, and in addition to this, by being a Virtuoso member you will have access to online training modules available on the Virtuoso website to help develop and improve your knowledge .
